10 Daftar Jurnal Sinta 4 Gratis


Pendahuluan


Publikasi ilmiah di jurnal terakreditasi merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi akademisi, mahasiswa, dan peneliti di Indonesia. Salah satu jalur yang paling sering dipilih adalah jurnal yang terindeks di SINTA (Science and Technology Index), yang memberikan peringkat dari SINTA 1 hingga SINTA 6. SINTA 4 berada di level menengah, yang berarti kualitasnya telah diakui secara nasional tetapi belum sampai kategori tertinggi.


Masalah yang sering dihadapi penulis adalah biaya publikasi. Tidak sedikit jurnal mengenakan APC (Article Processing Charge) atau biaya pemrosesan artikel. Padahal banyak penulis—khususnya mahasiswa atau peneliti muda—membutuhkan jurnal yang gratis atau tanpa biaya publikasi. Artikel ini menyajikan 10 daftar jurnal SINTA 4 gratis (atau setidaknya open access tanpa APC signifikan), disertai scope, informasi penerbit, dan cara verifikasi.


1. Nusantara: Jurnal Pendidikan Indonesia (NJPI)


Penerbit: Lembaga Sosial Rumah Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Pusat Studi Pendidikan Islam Asia Tenggara UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta

Bidang: Pendidikan (kurikulum, teknologi pembelajaran, pendidikan guru, pendidikan agama)

Frekuensi: Empat kali setahun (Januari, April, Juli, Oktober)

Biaya: Tidak tercatat adanya APC, open access penuh


NJPI adalah jurnal peer review yang memiliki lisensi akses terbuka. Semua artikel dapat diunduh gratis. Pengelola menekankan kontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara. Menurut laman resminya, NJPI telah memperoleh akreditasi SINTA 4 dengan SK terbaru pada tahun 2025【journal.rumahindonesia.org†L1-L5】.


2. Buletin Ilmiah Sarjana Teknik Elektro (BISTE)


Penerbit: Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD)

Bidang: Teknik Elektro (kontrol, robotika, sistem tenaga, elektronika, pengolahan sinyal)

Frekuensi: Dua kali setahun

Biaya: Tidak ada indikasi APC, open access


BISTE ditujukan bagi mahasiswa, dosen, dan peneliti teknik elektro. Jurnal ini telah mendapat akreditasi SINTA 4. Artikel dapat diunduh gratis melalui portal publikasi ilmiah UAD【bpi.uad.ac.id†L3-L6】.


3. CHANNEL Jurnal Komunikasi


Penerbit: Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD)

Bidang: Ilmu Komunikasi (media digital, komunikasi massa, penyiaran, komunikasi masyarakat)

Frekuensi: Tiga kali setahun

Biaya: Open access, biaya publikasi relatif rendah atau bahkan gratis untuk penulis internal


CHANNEL Jurnal Komunikasi aktif menerima penelitian terkini dalam kajian media dan komunikasi. Sesuai informasi di portal UAD, jurnal ini masuk kategori SINTA 4【bpi.uad.ac.id†L7-L9】.


4. Jurnal Pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (JPSD)


Penerbit: Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD)

Bidang: Pendidikan dasar (metode pembelajaran, kurikulum, literasi, numerasi)

Frekuensi: Dua kali setahun

Biaya: Gratis untuk pembaca, biaya publikasi tidak dicantumkan


Jurnal ini fokus pada penelitian pendidikan di tingkat sekolah dasar. JPSD termasuk dalam daftar jurnal UAD yang terindeks SINTA 4【bpi.uad.ac.id†L10-L12】.


5. Optimum: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan


Penerbit: Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD)

Bidang: Ekonomi, pembangunan daerah, kebijakan publik ekonomi, manajemen pembangunan

Frekuensi: Dua kali setahun

Biaya: Open access, tidak ditemukan biaya publikasi di pedoman


Optimum memberikan ruang bagi penelitian bidang ekonomi dan pembangunan. Dengan akreditasi SINTA 4, jurnal ini dapat menjadi pilihan strategis bagi peneliti bidang ekonomi【bpi.uad.ac.id†L13-L15】.


6. Jurnal Fundamental Pendidikan Dasar


Penerbit: Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD)

Bidang: Pendidikan dasar, pengembangan kurikulum, strategi pembelajaran

Frekuensi: Dua kali setahun

Biaya: Tidak ada informasi APC, open access


Jurnal ini menekankan kajian akademik tentang dasar-dasar pendidikan. Artikel dapat diakses secara gratis melalui portal resmi UAD【bpi.uad.ac.id†L16-L18】.


7. Journal of Early Childhood Care and Education (JECCE)


Penerbit: Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD)

Bidang: Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), pengasuhan anak, psikologi perkembangan

Biaya: Open access


JECCE telah terakreditasi SINTA 4 dan cocok untuk penelitian terkait PAUD atau pengembangan anak usia dini【bpi.uad.ac.id†L19-L21】.


8. Lex Generalis: Jurnal Hukum Lex Generalis


Penerbit: Penerbit independen (Rewang Rencang)

Bidang: Ilmu hukum (hukum publik, privat, lingkungan, teori hukum, perundang-undangan)

Frekuensi: Empat kali setahun

Biaya: Artikel open access; informasi APC tidak disebutkan


Jurnal hukum ini masuk kategori SINTA 4 dan tersedia secara online melalui platform OJS Rewang Rencang【ojs.rewangrencang.com†L1-L4】.


9. Electron: Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Elektro


Penerbit: Universitas Bangka Belitung

Bidang: Teknik elektro (elektronika, energi, kontrol, telekomunikasi)

Frekuensi: Dua kali setahun

Biaya: Tidak ada APC, open access


Electron telah terakreditasi SINTA 4 sejak Volume 2 Nomor 1 (2021) hingga Volume 6 Nomor 2 (2025)【jurnalelectron.org†L1-L5】.


10. Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar Nusantara (JPDN)


Penerbit: Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri

Bidang: Pendidikan dasar (kurikulum, literasi, numerasi, pedagogi)

Biaya: Gratis untuk pembaca dan penulis


JPDN adalah jurnal peer review dengan akses terbuka penuh. Semua artikel dapat diunduh tanpa biaya. Berdasarkan informasi OJS resmi, jurnal ini masuk kategori SINTA 4【ojs.unpkediri.ac.id†L1-L4】.


Bagaimana Memverifikasi Jurnal Gratis?

1. Cek Pedoman Penulis – biasanya disebutkan secara eksplisit “tanpa biaya publikasi”.

2. Lihat Open Access Policy – pastikan artikel dapat diunduh bebas.

3. Indeksasi DOAJ – jurnal yang masuk DOAJ biasanya lebih transparan soal biaya.

4. Tanya ke Editor – jika tidak jelas, email editor yang tercantum di halaman jurnal.


Kesimpulan


Banyak pilihan jurnal SINTA 4 gratis yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh mahasiswa dan peneliti. Mulai dari pendidikan (NJPI, JPSD, JPDN), teknik (BISTE, Electron), hukum (Lex Generalis), hingga komunikasi (CHANNEL). Semuanya open access, dan sebagian besar tidak mengenakan biaya pemrosesan artikel. Namun, selalu penting untuk memverifikasi langsung melalui pedoman penulis agar tidak terjebak biaya tersembunyi.
