📜 Terms and Services – La Academic

1. Definisi

  • “La Academic” adalah penyedia layanan bantuan publikasi, pengolahan data, dan konsultasi akademik.

  • “Pengguna” adalah individu atau institusi yang menggunakan layanan La Academic.

  • “Layanan” mencakup pendampingan publikasi (Scopus, Sinta, Copernicus), editing, proofreading, ghostwriting etis (penulisan pendampingan), dan konsultasi olah data.

2. Ruang Lingkup Layanan

  1. La Academic memberikan bantuan pendampingan akademik sesuai standar etika publikasi.

  2. La Academic menjamin 100% diterima jurnal, walaupun keputusan akhir ada pada editor dan reviewer untuk fast-track. untuk nomal track, diupayakan sebaik mungkin, tidak ada jaminan.

  3. Pengguna dapat memilih paket layanan (editing, proofreading, publikasi, konsultasi) sesuai kebutuhan.

3. Kewajiban Pengguna

  1. Memberikan data dan naskah asli untuk diolah/diedit.

  2. Tidak mengirim karya plagiat, ilegal, atau melanggar hukum.

  3. Membayar biaya layanan sesuai kesepakatan sebelum atau setelah tahapan tertentu.

4. Kewajiban La Academic

  1. Memberikan layanan sesuai deskripsi paket.

  2. Menjaga kerahasiaan dokumen dan data pengguna.

  3. Memberikan laporan progress (tracking status) secara transparan.

5. Pembayaran

  • Pembayaran dilakukan melalui rekening resmi La Academic atau metode lain yang disepakati.

  • Biaya layanan tidak dapat dikembalikan (non-refundable) jika layanan sudah berjalan.

6. Batasan Tanggung Jawab

  1. La Academic bertanggung jawab atas keputusan akhir penerbit/jurnal .untuk fast-track

  2. La Academic hanya memberikan pendampingan dan konsultasi, bukan menjual publikasi.

  3. Semua konten tetap menjadi hak milik penulis (pengguna).

7. Revisi & Garansi

  • Revisi minor (ejaan, format, sitasi) diberikan maksimal 2 kali.

  • Revisi besar (perubahan struktur atau analisis) dikenakan biaya tambahan.

  • Garansi pendampingan berlaku sesuai paket yang dipilih (misalnya konsultasi hingga diterbitkan, diterima, revisi reviewer).

8. Kerahasiaan

  • Semua data, naskah, dan komunikasi antara pengguna dan La Academic dijamin kerahasiaannya.

  • La Academic tidak akan membagikan karya pengguna tanpa izin tertulis.

9. Hukum yang Berlaku

  • Terms and Services ini tunduk pada hukum yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia.

  • Perselisihan akan diselesaikan secara musyawarah terlebih dahulu.
